Responsibilities
Luo Huanghao is responsible for commerce, port of entry and exit, investment promotion, foreign affairs, overseas Chinese affairs, financial regulation, Taiwan affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs and trade promotion. He oversees the work of Municipal Commerce Bureau, Municipal Office of Port of Entry and Exit, Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Municipal Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, Municipal Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and CCPIT Shenzhen.
Biography
Luo Huanghao, male, ethnic Han, born in October 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a master's degree in business administration. He is now Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and Director General of the Office of the Financial Affairs Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
